Psychotherapy Fees
For 50-minute sessions, the charge is $180. Individual therapists may allow moderate fee adjustment based on financial need.
Therapists at CCA accept many insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, MHN, Optum, TriCare, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, and more. These plans vary by therapist, so contact your therapist about your specific insurance plan.
The No Surprise Act indicates that you will be informed and aware of your ongoing copayments, deductible, and any other fees related to your insurance coverage while in treatment at CCA. If you are a private pay client and are not using your insurance coverage to pay for your therapy, you will be made aware of the cost of each session, late cancellation fee, and, if desired or requested, estimated length of treatment.
Please make sure to give your therapist at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. The late cancellation fee is $95 for cancellations with less than 48 hour notice.
